Excursion to the USA: Egyptian Collections of the East Coast
Between 04. and 13.09.2017 the USA excursion of the Department of Egyptology to New York, Philadelphia, New Haven and Boston took place. A total of eleven students and three PhD students under the supervision of S. Bickel, K. Gabler, L. Bohnenkämper and H.-H. Münch visited the Metropolitan Museum of Arts, the Brooklyn Museum and the Morgan Library in New York, the Penn Museum in Philadelphia, the Peabody Museum of Natural History in New Haven as well as the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and the Semitic Museum in Harvard.
