Excursions
Part of the education in Egyptology is the knowledge of the material culture of Ancient Egypt: everyday objects, ceramics, statues, stelae, coffins, jewelry, etc.. Regular excursions to museums and collections (mostly in Europe, occasionally in America or Egypt) give the opportunity to view objects in the original as well as to reflect on different exhibition concepts.
